And already in North Texas we’ve seen a strong cold front move in. Yesterday it was 102 degrees. As I type this it’s 64 and dropping down to mid 50’s. Finally!
The online version of The Old Farmers’ Almanac has wonderful up-to-date weather, but they also out all out with extended forecasts. I just read forecasts for the next 12 months, and the indication for all of Texas is dryer and hotter than normal.
Fall will almost here and lots to do in the garden, yard, and around the house. Having the yearly tune-up on the furnace! Don’t wait for that first freeze warning to see if the heat comes on! The Almanac predicts the first freeze on the Gulf Coast in December (no surprise there) but it will get cold!
All Drake Homes feature High-Efficiency HVAC (heating, ventilating, and air conditioning), systems, Insulation-Blown Cellulose, Insulated/Low-E windows, Radiant Attic Barrier, Digital Program Thermostat, Attic Vents. These all work together to keep you warm during those cold days!
