I’m going to post a picture so off topic you’ll wonder if I’ll remember to add “Please visit us at Drake Homes Inc!”
Astro Orbitor – Disneyland
I took this picture of the Astro Orbitor last time I visited Disneyland. It’s a great shot I think, with the Moon lending her lovely visage.
Have a safe weekend and jump over and see our great communities at Drake Homes Inc!
at least in my opinion VBG and travel for us means the west coast to Disneyland. January means less crowds. We planned, and spent, our 20th anniversary at DLand a couple of years ago. Because we did all the reservations through their site, we received the “Dream Vacation” package in the mail, and actually was surprised. One of the gifts: $200 card for meals. Oh how we used that card, especially for breakfast at the Storyteller’s Cafe. You don’t have to be staying at the Grand California Hotel to eat at the Storyteller’s Cafe, and it’s as good as any E Ticket ride ever was just a bit more expensive. We saved for a year for that trip and yes, stayed in the Hotel. And it was worth every Disney Dollar. We’ve been several times since, but stayed in nearby hotels such as the Anabelle Hotel (walking distance) or with friends.
Story Teller’s Cafe
I’ve been around the world a few times, but golly nothing beats a week at DLand. My second solid memory in life I have is walking through the wooden gates into Frontierland, holding my Dad’s hand. Third memory? Flying to Never Neverland in The Adventures of Peter Pan dark ride, with him holding me so tight I couldn’t breath. This was November 1955. I have the parking ticket to prove it :0)
